Bad performance on The Witcher 3 and Red Dead Redemption 2 on an RTX 4070 super

After updating to drivers 570.124, i noticed that The Witcher 3 never reaches 100% GPU usage, at first i thought maybe it was my CPU(i5 11600KF) so i OC it to 4.9 and made the TDP for it higher, and this actually worked, now it reaches 80-85% GPU usage but never 100%, as for RDR2 it's the first time im playing it on linux, and from what i see on the internet i should be getting way higher performance, i also don't reach 100% gpu usage on RDR2 but its more extreme, the gpu sits at 70-80% all the time RDR2 is using DLAA at 4k and The Witcher 3 DLSS Performance+Raytracing set to Quality, the weird thing is Baldur's Gate 3 on either DX11 or Vulkan performs normally...only these 2 games broke on my PC. Im also not thermal throttling. (65C on CPU, 70C on GPU)

This doesn't happen on windows btw, its purely something on Linux. If i open Warframe and unlock the FPS, it maxes my GPU, minecraft too.

Updated the OS and kernel 6.13.6 gave me more GPU usage, now gets closer to 90%, still underperforming

Clocks are also stable, they never drop a single digit

This is probably just the classic Nvidia driver update that breaks things situation. Happens all the time. I stopped leaving proton github issue threads as subscribed because I got tired of the X driver fixes Y and A driver breaks B posts constantly sending me emails. rebase back to the update before that driver update. Then you will need to rebase back to stable when a new driver comes out to check if issue is fixed. Best advice is to ditch Nvidia for AMD or Intel if you are serious about Linux gaming at your first convenience. This is by no means the first time and by no means will be the last time this will happen to you. Also Intel and AMD perform better in Linux than they do in Windows. Not the case with Nvidia. 7800XT cards are fairly easy to buy right now and will get you some more raster performance and loose some ray tracing performance. Also selling the 4070 super on ebay will make you maybe about $100 even buying a new 7800xt. Just a thought.

9 days later and i couldn't fix it. Installed cachy OS and i get correct performance and gpu usage, so this is a bazzite issue i guess.
