Running "Show Enemy Health" wrecks fps after a few minutes.

@AndreAquila (Single player, localhost. All apps/mod/drivers are up to date, main branch NOT experimental) After encountering crippling FPS drops in-game, I spent the weekend troubleshooting and found that https://ficsit.app/mod/ShowEnemiesHealth is apparently the culprit. After eliminating all other mods in the current game, I observed that the fall from 144 fps -> single digits still occurred with a few minutes of idling. The attached debug info is from a new game with only this mod running. No building, no fighting, just running around and grabbing a few leaves and nuts. I also spent a period of time staring at my feet and observed a drop from (then) 70 to under 20 after a few minutes. No system (CPU/GPU) stresses noted, memory use is not increasing. Once down to a slideshow fps, keystrokes are also routinely lost when attempting to play (if that helps). Both save/reload and removing the mod/restarting the game resolve the issue.
Show Enemy Health - SMR
The mod show enemies health bar and data.
Solution:
Uploading a new version, let me know if it causes fps drops... 🙂 Thanks again Doug

Secondary note: this was observed in the previous version, but happens much faster in 1.0.7
