id have answer key yet but on searching online this is what i get

moi of system about A = 17/2 MR^2 where M is mass of small ring

why is 2mass of small ring = mass of big ring
if we consider same thickness d then
M = rho pi r^2 d and M' = rho pi r^2 d /4
i was getting MI as 9mr^2/4 and com and l=5r/6
considering negligible thickness i got correct ans
baat toh sahi hai but generally rings me thickness consider nahi karte
even tho qn me dia
but negligible thickness ka assumption
