First of all, thank you for your time. I recently received a device ban and I think it was unfair. Due to my mother's health condition, I left my laptop at a friend's house in a hurry and during this time, my friend violated the rules by using my device without my permission. As a result, my account and device were banned.
I am a player who respects the rules and this situation upset me very much. I ask for your support in removing my device ban. I will be grateful for your understanding and help.
