Search system information in windows, take a screenshot of it.
You have to go into BIOS and enable it

steps*
But go to windows setting
Then windows update
Then advanced options
Then recovery
Then advanced startup
It'll restart your system and then from there you do someting that makes you restart again
Just look up how to get into BIOS
And one of the settings in there will be to enable TPM
It might be called something different too so look out for that I don't remember exactly what it is, just look up how to enable TPM and if you cant figure it out @ me but it looks like you're playing val already so yeah
