How to permanently mount already mounted (removably) drive?
I have accidentally mounted my second SSD as removable, noticed after installed tons of games, can it be changed to permanent /var/mnt instead of /var/run/media without formating and wiping out the whole drive?

Assuming that you using KDE. Open KDE partition manager and unmount the drive. and follow the docs for mounting the drive to /var/mnt https://docs.bazzite.gg/Advanced/KDE_Partition_Manager_Auto_Mount_Guide/
You shouldn't need to format the drive
