how do i access a locked account when i forgot all the data like date of birth and others
i cant unlock the account because the devs needed like the account infos like date of birth of the account and others

you dont
info like that is required to verify the ownership of an account. if you get the birthday wrong they will say that you are not the owner (which is kinda justified)
