im trying to enable secure boot but but i don’t have the options in the 3rd pic it isn’t popping up for me, i watched tutorials and they don’t specify where i can open it so plz help

Go back to this boot page. (Second image, in bios) Go to key management. Click on restore/install factory defaults. Press yes. Restart.

which motherboard do you have?

great same as my motherboard, this is gonna be easy
so
when you enter the bios
you go to the boot tab
mhm
there you will find the secure boot
you change it into windows UEFI mode
where is it
Search "run" open it. Write msinfo32 press ok and a screenshot

if its not in the boot it should be in security
