The enemy's Viper named Seraphz#5160 is hack wall. He stack with 1 other named Hater Mixue#00707 I wrote the because I need yall to report him or ban him from the game The reason I know why hes hacking because he sat behind me while i was in the internet cafe. Riot pls help
