This is getting ridiculous.
I just received a response from JeonJessyK, who closed my ticket without even investigating my account properly. He referenced an old case (#111670841) where I was previously suspended and later unsuspended on March 6.
The problem? I was suspended AGAIN yesterday.
Had he actually checked my account, he would have seen that I am not complaining about the old March 6 case, but about the new, completely unjust suspension that just happened. Instead, he completely ignored the situation and closed my ticket like it doesn’t matter.
This is unacceptable.
My first account (B00Binspector#BBBBB) was suspended on March 5, then unsuspended on March 6 as Riot previously stated.
Yesterday (March 14, 2025), while playing a custom game on TD SussyBakax2#sed, I was suddenly suspended AGAIN.
Right after that, when I logged into my previously unsuspended B00Binspector#BBBBB account, it ALSO got banned instantly.
So, explain this to me:
How does a player get unsuspended, only to be banned AGAIN while playing a CUSTOM GAME? If I had done anything wrong, why was my account even cleared and unbanned in the first place?
This is a complete failure on Riot’s part.
Your anti-cheat system is falsely flagging innocent players while real cheaters continue playing.
Your support team is not even reading tickets properly—if JeonJessyK had actually checked my account, he would have seen this was a new suspension and not the one from March 5.
You are closing tickets without resolution, leaving me stuck with a wrongful ban despite my attempts to follow the rules and fix any potential issues.
I am demanding an immediate investigation into my case.
I have done everything possible—I reset my PC, installed a fresh Windows OS, and ensured I had no third-party software running. Yet, I am still getting banned without any valid explanation. This system is punishing loyal, paying players for no reason, and I refuse to accept being ignored.

Riot support gives the generic copy and paste they detected something and make you wait the 2 weeks ive just received my second temporary suspension hes pinging them because theyre the only person that actually has seemed to respond to this within the past month
I've been unbanned played a week then got suspended again for third party app for another 2 weeks it has to be some sort of vanguard issue i haven't changed any programs on my pc except brand new game installs and anything that has started falgging all of a sudden should've been flagging me for the past 3-4 years
If your using a third party app then that's your fault dawg
third party apps can be anything it could be my pc hardware monitor that tells me my pc temps that shouldnt flag vanguard are you serious
they also dont help the issue by not saying what it is flagging
