downloading pg

My UG phone doesnt seem to work... i already reinstalled the entire app... the first installation i created an emulator from German area then the second installation with second emailaccount i tried an american area ... both times as soon as i open chrome it crashes down or only stays for a few seconds ... i can click on pgsharp download if im fast enough but it keeps shutting down ... i cant even download the PG sharp app in the background ... what is the issue here ?
