Unable to verify email. Support closes my ticket
I am unable to verify my email in the CF portal. My address is valid. I recevie tons of emails everyday include the support ticket email that I filed - however, support never responded and closed my ticket. And before you ask if I checked my spam - YES, spam has been checked.
Is there anything anyone can do to help. I cannot activate Web Analytics until I have a verified email address and I have tried repeatedly over weeks to get my address to verify, requesting verification emails daily and not receiving any of them

Hello @N3tb0ss, do you now have an active ticket or is it closed? If closed, can you again open a Billing ticket here, https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/support.
Lol open a billing ticket and wait 2-4 weeks - good luck :lul:

I have opened another ticket. was not able to find a way to re-open the previous one. Not sure if this is bc I have a free account or what.
I did not email Matthew yet. Is that a real address or just blasting to someone who works at CF? I want to be respectful.

CF sends me emails asking for information - I send them reply emails and they never receive those either -- so they once again closed this case!!
I am sort of stuck, my domain is on CF for DNS and active. I seem to have no choice but to move the domain off my account for a period of time and delete my account - chances are they wont verify another new email address either. Sad...
