Unable to Add Payment Details
I'm about to exceed my daily allowance of KV writes. I wanted to add my credit card details however when I do, I get two pop-ups in close succession.
The first in green states payment details added and the second in red states no payment details. The card issuer provides an instant notification that CF has conducted an "Active card check". I have now tried multiple times over 2 days.
Any advice whilst I wait? I was about to onboard a customer of mine on CF based on the work I'm conducting.

Billing tickets are taking weeks to resolve - just have to wait. Welcome to cloudflare, its a mess here
Thanks for the response! It says something when a major tech company doesn't want your money.
Right...its like okay then, message received. Can you imagine if you were having an actual tech problem that was impacting your business, and no one at cloudflare bothers to even respond. Why would you pay for this at all? Its Sonos level stupid
