Not able to add custom domain for pages
Not able to add custom domain that is registered and pointed to my cloudflare account for pages.

You are adding a zone, you already have it as a zone
To add a Pages domain you need to do it within Pages here: https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/pages/view/:pages-project/domains
That domain is added to two different accounts. Did you add it to the same account that your Pages project is in?
I got this domain back from another cloudflare account owner, and we asked the registrar to points the DNS to my cloudflare account
It was pointing to the other cloudflare account owner



Now, on the Pages tab, when I attempt to add this page project to "Custom Domains" by selecting "Set up a Custom Domain" and entering the domain, it prompts me to transfer DNS management—even though it has already been transferred to my Cloudflare account.

Did the previous account owner also use the domain with Pages? I remember there was something about the previous owner having to remove the domain from their own Pages project maybe?
They are not using pages, I think they have their own server served probably
I know I've seen this bug before. Give me a minute to find how the other user solved it. I'm 99% sure the previous owner had to delete something... Maybe their zone.

Yes, deleting the zone in the previous account did the trick.
Was exactly the same issue that you now have.
Does this have to be done with the previous cloudflare owner? Because I asked the registrar to delete the old zone and add my account zone already, that's how to the domain is added on my cf account
Yes, the previous Cloudflare owner needs to delete the zone. It's not deleted yet.

It should get deleted automatically 2 weeks after the zone was moved to the new account. How long has it been?

Contacting the previous owner sounds better than waiting in that case 😉
