YOU CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD AND THERE IS NO PLACE IN YOUR PORTAL I CAN CONTACT FOR A REFUND
This is extremely annoying. I am NOT using the service and I would NOT have wanted to pay another year but because your stupid little checkbox was clicked once upon a time for auto renew I have been CHARGED for services I am NOT using and you do NOT have any portal with which to GET MY MONEY BACK.
