When are they gonna fix this shitty anticheat WITH PROOF THAT THIS IS ANTICHEAT BUG
I was playing in begginer server and had a very high kill streak (opened a crate and massacred anyone I saw at beach till I got killstreak crate) I just camped in beach with guns and killed anyone I saw until my kill streak reward gave me the energy blade. After I opened it I got banned 3 mins after.
I didn't so shit do the devs even care? So many people being banned for the same reason while not doing shit yet they ignore it
And when I appealed they asked for proof, am I supposed to record second by second when im playing because ur too lazy to moderate the game yourself or atleast make a proper anticheat? This is some non-sense shit

opened quit alots of airdrop in the server I got banned in, like 4 or 5
A lot of people got banned for this similar ban reason that you got but how they got banned wasn’t by airdrops
I'm not saying it's for airdrops, I'm just saying maybe if u open alots of airdrops in one server the anti-cheat might think ur cheating that u get almost every airdrops
2 of them were killstreaks airdrops tho
If thats the case then the anti-cheat might need a redo on coding
It's just outrageous that how many people are getting banned for the same reason and they don't give a fuck abt it

Found out why it banned me
I’ve been playing this game for as long I can remember. Of course I will try to help this game become better.
After looking in reddit and other polls here, it happens when u get mythicals from airdrops which is the exact same thing happend to me
it happend few mins after I got energy blade
Okay so this reason is confirmed as an anti-cheat bug.
Make sure to post that proof from reddit to any moderator out there who can possibly unban you. This is proof that this ban is a slight misunderstanding.
Should I take screenshots of people talking abt it and send it to a mod?

Since the bug so happens to ban multiple people. Some will most likely try to ping everyone on the announcement channel or whatever channel they might use.
There is no indication of telling if they saw it or not, unfortunately. There is no server feature or bot that could let you know if they saw your post. All we have to do is wait. Some devs would have different time zones, so do moderators.
At some cases, they might just be working on fixing the bugs at this time.

it usually does happen to airdrops, happened to me once
sometimes though, you may not even touch an airdrop and still get banned due to having a high KDR on a new account (one of my alts had a 5.37 KDR resulting it being banned)

Looks like the game thinks a new player can't have a high kdr or killstreak/get mythic KS airdrops or any other airdrops
Begginer servers are literal cheater hangouts yet they don't get banned but new players get banned for basically being too good for a new player, or just being lucky and get an airdrop and massacre everyone till they get a mythic
It's almost impossible to not see a cheater in a begginer server, but how come the anticheat not ban them?
And it's because they won't wanna moderate the game themselves, they leave to a anticheat THAT IS PURE SHIT

in the last month, we've handled over 3000 reports
ye ik you check ban tickets, but I mean either fix ur anticheat or just go into random servers like most roblox game mods and look for cheaters since ur anticheat is BROKEN

the thing is, we generally have anywhere between 3k-8k players at all times and we can't keep an eye on all of them at all times, which is why we rely on player reports. we have a process we follow for anticheat bans, and whilst it is not ideal the developers are aware and are trying to find a way to stop false positives
the reason we have so many exploiters is because exploit groups change their code constantly, which makes it hard for us to nail down one type of exploit. it's a literal cat and mouse chase
