Rebasing to normal desktop version without Gamemode
Hey Guys! I found out, that I can rebase my install to another branch. I really do not need the Gamemode on my Desktop. How can I do it with the rollback helper?

only rebase from gnome to gnome or kde to kde
Rebase Doc BRH Doc This should get you what you need. Basically find your current version & follow rebase instructions removing "-deck" from the name. Keep -gnome or -nvidia if you used those.

is there a new amd64 image? because that's what the download is called. Should I use this then?
I'm on KDE
youre not downloading a new iso
literally read the rebase guide
Yes I know, but what is the image called that I should put into <image> in rpm-ostree rebase <image>
How do I know the name for the desktop, amd, kde image
bazzite
brh rebase bazzite:stable
okay thank you, I wasn't sure if there was a special amd variant, because the iso is now called bazzite-stable-amd64.
amd64 = 64bit
its because we are gearing up to potentially testing out arm builds (apple silicon)
so need to differenciate them
oh okay got you! Thank you very much for your help 🙂
and reason its named amd64 instead of x86_64 (which intel wants) is because amd made the 64bit architecture to begin with :huh:
oh okay good to know 😄
well let's rebase then! Thanks again guys!
