False ban
ive been hardware banned for nothing it said i used third party software but i only had discord, spotify and valorant tracker open and none of those really "give you an advantage over other players" as the ban said the software i was supposedly using does anyone know how to help this as riots ticket system is pointless ive been trying to talk to an actual person for 3 days now to get this sorted and all thats happened is i get a bot that reads the words perm ban and closes my ticket
