people can choose on what servers they want to play on. russians dont have own servers iirc, so they mostly play on their lowest ping (frankfurt usually).
some play paris, some play london, some play bahrain. as i said, they can choose, just like you can choose
Then just say that once more, I seem to have trouble remembering it seeing as I keep ask about it again in the end.
Instead I get the attitude this time and possibly previous times as wells. No matter
