Steam Deck - Failed to start systemd-vconsole-setup.service and stuck on Started anaconda.service.

I am trying to dualboot Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSC with Bazzite, but the installer (which I flashed on an USB thumb drive with Rufus) fails to start systemd-vconsole-setup.service and is stuck on started anaconda.service. Please help, I need the solution ASAP. I tried both options (install / test this media and install), and install in basic graphics mode, but nothing worked. I also tried the recovery option but it ended in the same state.
