MY CROSSHAIRS GOT DELETED (help)

it says ERROR error retrieving settings from server. changes to settings will not be saved to the server. if this is your first time seeing this error, try restarting the game. IT'S ACTUALLY BEEN 3 DAYS AND STILL NOT FIXED IDK WHAT TO DO.
