My Account got stolen for the second time and not getting any response on my ticket
I will attach screenshots below. My account got stolen due to my Gmail was compromised. I submitted a ticket to riot games after recovering and securing my Gmail. It took 3 days for me to get a response on my ticket. I secured my account changed password and Enabled 2FA. Next Day when I tried to login to my account the info was changed again. When I checked my email there was a password reset mail in the mailbox which was in German Language. It was Valid for 24 Hrs so I changed password again from it. When I tried to login my account on Browser for Account Management. The Email was changed and the verification code was sent to some unknown email. I submitted another ticket. After I submitted the ticket I saw on the website that there is an option for "My Tickets". I tried to login on the support page and I got logged in without any verification code. There I saw my 1st Ticket which was still open. When I opened the conversation. The Support Agent was telling me that I'm the rightful owner and I got my account back. It was the time when I got my account back which was around 3 30 AM and After that the support Agent replied to some other response. It must be the hacker he was talking to who told the agent that he have no longer access to "MY" Gmail so maybe he sent his own email to the support agent. Now for the 2nd Ticket which I submitted on 2nd of March I still didn't get any response and its been a week now. What should I do? Should I wait or should I submit another ticket but this time I will login from another account of mine on the support website then I will submit it or should I mail riot games on their support email?
