I am using .NET 8 and Visual Studio 2022. When I try to run my project, I get this error:

"Unable to connect to the web server 'http'. The web server is no longer functioning."Has anyone encountered this issue before or knows how to fix it? Thanks in advance for your help!

is your program running at the time you get that error or is it throwing an exception and exiting?
