isme the acceleration of block is coming out to be 2g/3 , or acceleration wrt to wedge is 2g/3 cuz if its wrt to ground the answer should be like net acceleration because block has two accelerations one on the left and one along the incline?

Depends on which frame you have chosen If you have taken the ground frame in your solving and have not used pseudo-force, then acceleration is w.r.t ground. Elif you have taken pseudoforce into account and considered wedge stationary, it is in frame of wedge
