why i can't add new domain with free plan?
i already sent email to customer service cloudflare but don't have response.
How many time customer service can reply ?

You've given us nothing to troubleshoot. So without the domain or other actual details, you'll just need to wait on the support response. Good luck.
cloudflare deny range of domains like .click etc , there should be a doc
I recently wanted to transfer the domain with .click from aws to cloudflare and it didn't let me . There is a doc with allowed domains.
@wawantan - So, welcome to cloudflare. Its broken AF. The issue is that the domain you have bought used to belong to someone with an old cloudflare account. The old account has outstanding invoices, and it wont let the account be used in another account.
The error message if f'ing stupid, you need to raise a billing ticket. You wont get a reply for up too 2 months. Sorry, you're completely out of luck
so what should i do? pay for billing ticket?
I tried that, no luck either. You can keep complianing in the hope that someone from cloudflare escalates that, but even escalated tickets are taking forever to resolve. Unless you absolutely need a cloudflare offering, perhaps try Route53 or Fastly till your ticket is resolved
