Let’s try disabling and re enabling from bios

CPU Configuration
Disable “SVM Mode”
Then go to exit tab
Save and exit
And spam F2 key to enter bios again
Reseted
Now again CPU config
And enable SVM Mode
Then exit tab
And save and exit

its still off? Do I click on and reset pc

I get a blue screen after the restart and It turns off

Go to your C: drive > open windows folder > minidump folder
Show ss
Open Microsoft store
And download “WinDbg”

Press windows key
Type Windbg
And run it as administrator

Once it’s open click on
Files > open a dump file > browse
And navigate to C:/Windows/Minidump
and open the latest dump file
Wait for it to complete

Run !analyze-v

Double click on start
Show ss
Change value to 4
