Refund Request, Riot Games Support Website not working
To whom it may concern, I am the owner of the account vanquish #37ace.
The email registered to that account will be provided to any VALORANT worker that can help me. I recently purchased $20 worth of VP, to buy something from my night market, but it expired, I missed the window to purchase anything, and I no longer want the vp and would like a refund.
As for the Riot Games support website, it seems every time I open it after logging in to specifically MY account, it shows the page in the image below with this link: https://login.playersupport.riotgames.com/error?error_code=CLIENT_ERROR
Anytime I try to press "back to support", it goes to the page:

for maybe a second, before automatically redirecting me BACK to the page in the image below with the link:
https://login.playersupport.riotgames.com/error?error_code=CLIENT_ERROR
I am willing to provide a video if necessary, but I would also like to mention that I am fully aware it has nothing to do with my computer, hardware, or wifi. I tried logging in to riot support on my cousin's computer at a completely different address, and I got the same result. However, when he logged on to his account, it seemed fine and he was able to go through the support page with ease (never seeing the screen in the image above). We came to the conclusion that my account may be flagged, but I am unsure of the circumstance. Please, if anyone can help me out, it would be greatly appreciated.

Also, I've emailed riot support at their support email
The message above is almost the exact same as the email I sent them, minus me providing them my last four digits of my card number. I received an email back with a ticket number: the request number is #111701326
I can't help but notice the email providing this is different than the one I emailed

The system is probably down just wait a bit. Unspent VP is gets refunded easily from what I know unless it was a gift card.
I said my cousin did it with his acc and it worked fine, it can't be the "system being down" when it works fine for others

its obviously an account thing, not hardware or ip based
Do you happen to have a VPN enabled? Did you try using another browser?
You could be blocked from support

I got phished on another account of mine a while back, like a year ago. but that still wouldn't explain why THIS account is flagged..
Did you try clicking “can’t login to support”?

Yea, I would say the account is blocked from support. There’s not much you can do about that.

Once at my cousins place and another time I had my friend in new jersey screenshare him logging in to support for me

But I told him to log into his account right after
No problems
He was able to get through easily, same with my cousin
The weird thing is that accounts that are caught hacking and perma banned still have access to the support site to have the option to appeal their ban so it’s weird if you can’t even access the site.
