If you haven't tried creating staggered animations in GSAP yet, you're in for a treat - Staggers are totally configurable and SUPER powerful. If a tween has multiple targets, you can easily add some delay between the start of each animation:
would take like two mins with gsap stagger and scrollTrigger
i dont think it was done with gsap, since i don't see it was loaded and
window.gsap is undefined
but yes, gsap will do the thingI don't care what it was made with gsap does it ez
