You’re right cuz some ban screens says third party tools
already sent 2 tickets and yet i didnt have a reply for about 30mins
there is no reply from them
sending multiple tickets pushes you to the bottom of queue btw
You should get a reply in a few days sometimes sooner
It could take couple hours or couple days for them to respond
