Hey i got a problem with changing my riot id
I changed my riot id in the "Account Details" 2 months ago and it still doesnt change my in game id, when i go to the "Account Details" it shows the name that i want it to be but in game or in the launcher it doesnt show the same name.

Did you try relogging into the Riot Client?
yes, i do that alot since i got mutliple accouts
Maybe you accidentally changed the wrong account instead if the one you wanted changed?

Account Management -> need help changing username or in-game name
Let them know the system isn’t updating your Riot ID

i submitted the ticket but it doesnt show in "my tickets"

Check your email for now & if you don’t hear anything back in a few days try submitting it under Account Management-> Other
