its better to play solo que while instead of playing with ur friend bronze lobby
in bronze lobby u might do good but if lose u gonna lose alot of rr on low elo
if ur on ur own lobby and or solo que with slivers lobby and u got top fragg 30+ kills u luckily get like 30+ rr or more maybe even double rank up

If you're bronze 1 in a full silver lobby with silver mmr. You shouldn't lose more than 7-10 rr unless you play absolutely dogshit
