TTFB fluctuates by >500ms across different regions

- speak-app.pages.dev - All deployments - Account ID: bc576cd565a37628a147704ae3703304 My team is attempting to improve the performance of our web applications, and our metrics indicate the p75(TTFB) values are different for users in different regions of the world. This is expected to an extent, but I'm reaching out because a difference is >500ms seems excessive. Perhaps something is wrong with our usage of Cloudflare Pages and/or next-on-pages. As attached image 1 indicates, our next-on-pages application shows 423.00ms p75(TTFB) in South Korea, yet the same metric is 1.19s, 1.18s, 1.07s, and 1.04s in Brazil, US, Vietnam, and Taiwan respectively. Additionally, we have an SPA React application also using Cloudflare Pages (simple nginx server). Attached image 2 illustrates the p75(TTFB) is 219.00ms in South Korea, yet the same metric is 478.00ms in Taiwan and 357.65ms in Vietnam. Are these inconsistencies based on region within the expectations of using Cloudflare? Also if you have any advice on impoving TTFB for next-on-pages, we would greatly appreaciate it! Our duration metrics indicate 50th percentile of 0.007 GB-sec and 99.9th percentile of 0.182 GB-sec over the same timeframe (7 days), so I'm not sure why the TTFB is so high. Thank you!
