How do I add the dns for my web host for a domain purchased at cloudflare?

You can't add nameservers to Cloudflare. What host are you using?

I've seen reports that other people have been able to work around the nameserver limitation. Does mytruehost offer a different method of adding a custom domain?

Rather than have mytruehost manage the DNS records for you, you'll need to find out what the required records are and add them to Cloudflare instead.

Thats what im trying to do but not sure where to add them under DNS it dont work

Please try to create an A record on Cloudflare: Name: @ Value: 50.30.32.39 DNS-Only for now, not proxied.
