Magnet hai ya Acheiver?
SirLancelotDuLac
Let x¹⁰⁰=q(x)(x-1)(x-2)+r(x) r(x) must be linear since divisors is quadratic

coming back to this can you elaborate a lil more please?? riyal man
SirLancelotDuLac
We write x^100 as p(x)*(x-1)(x-2)+r(x), where p(x) and r(x) are polynomials. Now by division by quadratic, the remainder must be linear. Now plugging in x=1 and x=2 gives us r(x)=1 and r(2)=2^100 Now just assume r(x)=ax+b and then you have 2 variables, 2 equations.
