It's funny that when I was playing mythic, I was banned and after appealing it, they asked for video evidence, why did I have to play the game and record a video? I felt disappointed in the game.

It’s a sad sight, mate. It’s not just you who got this false anti-cheat ban. Many others got it too. All you can do is avoid the mythic crates the next time it’s from a kill streak. You can record it before opening it but thats about it.
Theres no saving your account if you do not have video evidence of the false ban.
Which is unfortunate.
