I haven't gotten the new agent yet, why is that?

Are you sure it's not unlocked?
Well, they tell me to purchase it or get it through exp. Perhaps that's just a bug and I can still choose it... People have already chosen it in my team so I haven't been allowed to check for that case really.

Yes indeed it does, would feel weird to have my exp-bonus otherwise as well.

Yes indeed, just like yours they tell me to reqruit her still, telling me to pay and such. I then finally realized how on both our pages there's the GamePass-icon saying that she's unlocked with Rewards-Program.
I hop in to a SpikeRush to try her out and BOOM! She is insta-locked. š¤£ ... I guess that I should have her unlocked even though it practically doesn't say that, but I'll never get to be certain. š¤£š¤£š¤£
