Press windows key + r
Type msinfo32
And show ss
Restart your pc and spam del key to enter bios
And use your phone to text here
i did
Show pic
Open boot tab
Show pic
Disable “CSM Support”
i did
Go to save and exit tab
And save and exit
And spam Del key again to enter bios
and now
Go boot tab again
Open secure boot
Show pic
Change secure boot mode to custom
Open key management
Show pic
Solution
Click on “Restore Factory keys”
Click yes on both pop ups
try turning off secure boot
then restarting
then turning it back on
thats what worked for me when i first bought my pc
