okay what does this mean...

what do you mean by losing your account? context: got randomly "temporarily suspended" from valorant in the middle of a comp game with no given date so i asked support for a reason/DATE and it doesnt seems so temporary anymore. Like what the fuck i never broke any rules or anything. spent so much on this fucking game i really hope its a 2 week ban and not a permanent ban for LITERALLY NOTHING
