"Something went wrong, please try again"
Trying to enable pulse leads to this error message. Not sure if ive been unknowingly ratelimited but I would love to know a fix.

I can help you debug this, however I would like to inform you first that Pulse will stop working from 15th March. We are going to bring back a new version of Pulse sometime later. I don't have a fixed timeline on when we will bring Pulse yet.
