soo i will say first that i tried use new dns some other commands in command bar soo i dont know how to fix it

and also when there is 0.1 kb per second my pc stops
It happens
It will go 0.1 kb/s some time and take a while to come back(some mins) it also happens to me when i was downloading valorant
But not sure about your pc stops
