Is there a way that riot can make the vanguard stronger for these hackers
I was running a unrated with a friend
we we're starting off well till somehow this clove started headshotting everyone and knowing exactly where we were even tho we have not even left spawn yet. Kinda weird

Did you report them in-game?
if they are cheating, they will be banned within 12 hours either way

I do have their id and tag
but pretty sure he or she might evade it because it's an alt
