+M or Leaving ability?
answer is D
have 2 logics:
1. NH2 has strong +M and Cl has stong +I but i dont think Cl ka +I can be more than NH2 ka +M
2. NH2 wont leave very easily since its more bulky and Cl will leave easily, thus giving a higher yield
did i cook or get cooked??

CONH2 is withdrawing, so EAS is slowed down
Aniline and phenol don't even undergo EAS with Friedel-Craft conditions because attacking species just attacks N or O
