You need to update Valorant. Did you double check the Riot Client?

I would contact support & send them that screenshot to see if they can reduce the ban.

He claimed that he restarted his PC then got banned afterwards
If it was related to "Secure boot", how could he open the game & see he was banned from queue?
Did you happen to fix the secure boot issue?
@Kris u need to stop marking tickets as solved till the op says that they understand/solved the issue/wants the ticket closed
