Replacing GPU, can I save my data?

Recently purchased an AMD 7800 xt card to replace my old worn out 2060. Two questions before I go through with the switch: Do I need to do a fresh install of bazzite to switch to the AMD version for gaming mode and to get the latest drivers or could I rebase. I saw in the docs it recommends against rebasing to different version. Is there a way I can keep the 500+ gb worth of games I installed if I have to do a fresh install to the amd version, or am I screwed on that?

you don't need reinstall just rebase from nvidia image to non nvidia image the different version is KDE to GNOME and vice versa not from bazzite-nvidia to bazzite

Thanks very much for explaining, was super confused about that, the only Linux I’ve used before is PopOS and Ubuntu 😂
