WAF Timeouts On Specific Browser

We have a self-hosted webiste in Cloudflare that is protected by WAF and has a Load Balancer. Ports are forwarded to the website, so it can be accessed directly by IP from all IPs (no restrictions at the on-prem firewall). The website works just fine for most, but for me it times out frequently. I have tested with proxy turned off and the site works consistently and well. What is strange is that when it is having trouble and timing out in Microsoft Edge (which I use primarily) I can open Safari and browse to the site with no issues. My computer is using Zero Trust Gateway and I have the latest version of the WARP client. I have tried with the site tunneled and not tunneled and it has the same behavior. After a few minutes it just starts working again. What is going on?
