Can't pay, invoice not found, no support
Hi all,
our app is down and there's nothing I can do.
We have $10 unpaid under billing, can't pay because The requested invoice was not found at this time. (a 404 to
/pay-invoice
), tried a support ticket, no activity. Can't even access that support ticket (got an email, click the link to add to the ticket, but can't login to support portal with my cloudflare credentials, forgot password doesn't send any email, etc.).

Ha, welcome to cloudflare billing land. TLDR you're screwed.

Cloudflare's billing system is undergoing some changes/migration. During this period, you may notice extra bills, incorrect bills, or other issues.
To resolve these issues, create a Support ticket by using the following link (you must be logged into your Cloudflare account): https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/support
Note that all accounts, even Free plan accounts, can create billing tickets. Tickets are the only way to resolve billing issues; we cannot help you in this Discord.
If you're app is down probably try anotehr cdn or bypass cloudflare all together. They've completely wrecked the billing engine IMO, and support seems to be entirely absent
