However, if youa re getting this error it means you have received a hardware ban on your device and the hardware bans are implemented to disincentivize cheating in games. They involve banning the hardware (computer) used to cheat, which can result in the ban of any account played on that computer after the hardware ban applied. The duration of a hardware ban can vary, but as a general rule, it lasts for 3-4 months (120 days), so after that time has ended, you will be able to access the game again from that device with any account.
Please don't try to login to any account on this device, it can get banned. Any account that is accessed from the device with a HWID ban during the 120-day period, receives an automatic permanent suspension, because the ban is still in progress.
Also, I would like to confirm that your account "ProGemer#6969" have received a temporary suspension which will expire on 2025-03-06.
Please wait until 120, after that you will be able to play again from your device. However if you are not getting error 152 on your screen it means you are good to use your device again.

I do understand how you are feeling in this situation as your account is temporary suspended and you don't understand how you can get the hwid ban. However, it is possible that someone in your family or friends used third party tools from your device.
Also, please know that the correctly placed penalties cannot be removed or modified. Lifting or modifying penalties like these would mean we accept and promote cheating. Keeping the structure means protecting competitive integrity and peace within the community.
We're not banning the specific player from ever playing the game again, but only the account where offensive behavior was observed. I hope this makes sense.
