valorant and riot client show 0kb in network

when ever i open valorant, it starts the riot client idk why but it shows 0kb network in taskmanager and takes almost 4-5 minutes to open riot client and when i start valorant from riot client, my game opens perfectly but when i get into a game it shows literally 1.6k-1.7k ping and neither drops or increases
