Has anyone come across a concise sypnosis of reactions in organic chem with pretty much all the reactions and reagents? If yes please do share

Mate, there are so many reactions and reagents that you don't really know what's important and what's not
so we just learn everything?
You severely underestimate organic chem if you think we're learning everything, but in short, its just better to know reagents and reaction mechanisms than the reactions themselves.

im assuming not
Not particularly, but it is Indian
i guess i will base my reaction list of my class notes
and add any reactions which i find is not given in the class notes
