there wont be inversion
its at the same place the inversion will get reversed with another inversion

so the rso2 attached to the alcohol's oxygen would leave and cl would form a bond and then cn substitues cl right
yes and in both case there is inversion
so at first it will invert and then invert again so the effects will cancel
